As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. Time to share our stories and learn from one another. The journey starts here.

Leadership with real-world insight
Behind-the-scenes leadership experience inside the professional game. Participants observe live training - followed by informal access and data conversation over lunch.
The afternoon features two speaker sessions on leadership change, career pathways, and professional transitions.
The day concludes with an evening dinner discussions betweeb attendees—grounded in lived experience, clarity, and long-term impact.
