Refund Policy:

60+ days: Full refund minus $75

15–60 days: 50% refund

14 days or less: No refunds

Transfers allowed (processing fee may apply)

If Next XI must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (including venue issues, severe weather, or force majeure)

Participants will receive a full refund of registration fees minus processing fees or the option to transfer registration to a rescheduled date.

Next XI is not responsible for participant travel costs, hotel reservations, or other related expenses.
