Refund Policy:

30+ days: 50% refund

15-30 days 25% refund

14 days or less: No refunds

If Next XI must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (including venue issues, severe weather, or force majeure)

Participants will receive a full refund of registration fees minus processing fees or the option to transfer registration to a rescheduled date.

Next XI is not responsible for participant travel costs to and from event.
